eEemeli Award – Best Learning Solution from Finland

eEemeli is an annual quality competition organized by the Association of Finnish eLearning Centre and its partners. The competition awards the best Finnish learning solutions and promotes the eLearning industry in Finland.

The goal of the competition is to support innovating learning solutions and their quality. We want to encourage operators to create and develop new learning solutions also into international markets.

Enrollment is now open and will end on February 28, 2023. The winner will receive a cash prize and the eEemeli trophy. You can submit your learning solution using the online form or contact [email protected] for assistance with registration.

The participation fee is 130€ (VAT 0 %).

The Organization members of the Association of Finnish eLearning Centre get a discount for participation fee. For them the fee is 95€ (VAT 0 %).

The participation fee is billed in February 2023. The payment must be made by the due date mentioned in the invoice.

Schedule

November-December 2022: The theme for the competition was announced and recruitment for partners and jury began.

January 2023: Enrollment begins. You can submit your learning solution through an online form or contact [email protected] to get assistance with registration.

February 2023: Enrollment ends on February 28, 2023.

March 2023: Evaluation process begins. The jury selects the finalists. We inform the finalists and those who did not make it into finals.

April 2023: The finalists are invited to present their solutions at the ITK-conferenceLinkki avautuu uuteen välilehteen. in Hämeenlinna.

April-May 2023: Public voting starts. The winner of the public vote is awarded in the award ceremony.

May-June 2023: Winners are announced and awarded at the ceremony in Tampere.

The head of the jury in 2023 is Kristian Kiili. He is a professor of game-based learning at Tampere University.
