The eLearning council has been established by the members of the Association of Finnish eLearning Centre. It consists of organizational members of the association, although participation is open to other interested parties. The main objective of the council is to provide guidance and support to the association.
Tarmo Toikkanen serves as the chairperson of the council, leading its activities and initiatives.
