The A Lifetime of Learning project explores learning methods used in workplaces, with a particular focus on the social and healthcare sector as well as the technology sector. The aim is to identify and analyze practical examples of how competence is developed in everyday work environments.
The outcome will be a comprehensive overview of best practices, current learning trends, and effective methods that can be adapted and utilized more broadly across the Nordic countries.
Data will be collected and compared across five countries through structured interviews, workshops, and conferences. The results will be shared in the form of webinars, reports, and a final publication to ensure accessibility for policymakers, companies, and educational organizations.
